You need to keep trying for sure but while you do, there is a way you can make some extra money right from your computer. CashCrate is a GPT / Survey site that many teens are using to make money to spend on anything they want like clothes, video games, DVD's or whatever.
I have been doing CashCrate for several years and the check below is my check from June. Now that is a big check because of my referrals and your checks won't be near as big unless you can get your friends to sign up under you. Nevertheless, it is a great place to pick up some extra cash and they send a check to your house. You will probably need your parents to cash the check unless you have a checking or savings account of your own.
I had to make the check picture small to fit on this page but you can see the watermark that says "Jobs For 15 year Olds" so that you would know that this check came from this site and was not taken from another site.
CashCrate is NOT a job and you need to know that. It is just a place where you can fill out some surveys and do a few offers to pick up some extra spending money. Again, if you know how to blog and can get your own referrals, you will make even more.
